If the Coronavirus Pandemic has taught us anything, it's the need to regain control.
We lost control of our gym, of our routines, of our ability to move about, of our connection with our people. We even temporarily lost our ability to make a grocery list and successfuly purchase what we needed!
And, sadly, many of us lost some of our physical and mental health along the way.
Yet, the research is very clear that existing health is one of the greatest defenses against the pontentially-deadly effects of COVID19.
And we shouldn't be surprised! We already knew that exercise, sleep, nutrition, mindset, and connectedness are the magic bullet against so many of life's obstacles: heart disease, diabetes, depression, and much more. We believe it so much that we have made it the R55F mission to "provide expert leadership to motivated individuals as they journey toward a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle."
So, if those same pillars we believe in for other illnesses can also improve our fight against the Coronavirus, then why wouldn't we put all of our effort into blasting the mission and inviting our High Country community onto the journey?!?!
That's what we're doing.
It's time to take back control of your body and your health.
Do it for you. Do it for your partner. Do it for your kids. Do it for the long term.
Just know that we want to walk that journey with you.
