You don’t have to go from eating junk food at every meal to only ever eating healthy in one day. In fact you shouldn’t…Start with 1 or two meals a week. Then make it all whole day. Then two. Step by step you can reclaim your life.
You can even just start with one kind of food...lets say Protein. Include at least 1 palm (of your hand) sized serving of protein in each of your 3 meals. If you only eat 2 meals a day then include 1 &1/2 palm sized portions in both meals. Do this for a week and see how you feel.
