These shouldn’t be crushing EMOMs. Adjust the numbers accordingly to ensure that you’re moving but keeping heartrate in check. If you haven’t been here much this week and want to push the needle, then treat them as 45 sec max reps and change Supermans to a 45 sec hold ***
