Strength/Skill:
- 4 sets of 5 reps (1 Snatch Pull + 1 Snatch-Grip RDL)
- Superset with Max Unbroken Strict Pull-Ups (at least 4-5)
- 4 sets of 5 reps (1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance .. or OHS if can't lower down properly)
- Superset with Max Unbroken Kipping/Butterfly Pull-Ups (at least 4-5 and can wear a band harness)
Conditioning:
21-15-9 Hang Power Snatch (Rx+ 115/75) (Rx 95/65) (75/55) Pull-Ups Cals on Assault Bike or Slamballs
