Strength/Skill (8 mins) - With partner 8 EMOM 4 Power Snatch singles - Both partners should do 2 singles in the minute. This is muscle memory time and working up to the MetCon 

Conditioning (25 min) 

"Twister" With a Running Clock: At the 0:00, Partner 1 completes AMRAP 5: 3 Power Snatch (115/80) 7 Lateral Burpees At the 10:00, Partner 1 completes AMRAP 5: 5 Power Snatch (95/65) 5 Lateral Burpees At the 20:00, Partner 1 completes AMRAP 5: 7 Power Snatch (75/55) 3 Lateral Burpees
